I can't fault what's on the page at all because it's fantastic. The pose works and it's just iconic Spider-Man, you did a great job with the black costume too. The webbing actually looks like his webbing should too which is very nice to see. The colors look spot on as well.

That said the amount of negative space in the page sort of bothers me, mostly because it's Spider-Man probably. It's rare to see him without there being some sort of background.

Just nitpicking though because it really is a great piece and what's more it's one you should be really proud of.
The Artist thought this was FAIR
